Enjoy an equestrian-minded workout in a safe, women-only group. Staff leads a friendly, flexible, and judgment-free workout session including a calisthenics warmup, a group walk with horses, and bareback or stirrup-less arena exercises to work on mounted balance and strength. If you do not board a horse with us, alternative exercises for mounted balance and strength will be offered.
Signing up grants you participation in any or all of our timeslots on a monthly bases. Must be 18 or older to sign up.

Sluice Gate Experiences
BEGINNING JUNE 2027:Sign your child up for our weekly horse day camp! Campers will have an opportunity to assist with feeding, grooming, and cleaning stalls while learning about their equine friends. Camp activities include casual riding in the arena, horse-themed crafts, hikes around the property, and educational seminars appropriate to ages 8 to 15. Campers can bring their own meals (insulated lunch box required) or sign up for camp-provided meals.
